Information we collect
When you contact us through our website, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company name (if given), and the content of your message.
When you book a call, we collect your name, email address and telephone number, which are required, together with anything else you choose to give us: company name, website, what the call is about, a rough budget band, a timeline, and how you heard about us. Everything after the first three is optional and the booking works without it.
We also collect anonymised usage data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time spent on site, and general navigation patterns. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely to improve our website. You can opt out of analytics tracking via the cookie banner on your first visit.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to discuss potential work together. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties.
Booking details are used to arrange and hold the call. That means confirming the appointment, adding it to our calendar, sending you a reminder the day before, and telephoning you at the agreed time. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Anonymised analytics data is used to understand how our site is used and to improve the experience for visitors.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Contact form submissions are encrypted in transit and stored securely.
Bookings are held in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure, and confirmation emails are sent through Resend. We record a keyed one-way hash of the IP address a booking was made from, which lets us identify abuse without storing or being able to recover the address itself. Booking records are kept for two years and then deleted, and you can ask us to remove yours sooner at any time.
Analytics data is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
